in the southern Piedmont with the border of Liguria at only 35 km. from the seacoast of Albenga, Savona, Imperia. Environment of the eighteenth century, with the Chapter Hall of the XVI century with a coffered ceiling and original terracotta floors, centuries-old, original doors in ancient wood with original low-high reliefs decorations handmade by master craftsmen of the time.  The building was reduced in the past to an indescribable state and has been reported to a very good state, and it is in the process of continuous improvement. 

The House in a perfect state of urban and legal regularity. All Documents and Certifications by enabled Professionals, they are present in restricted areas.

We have had different HOME RENOVATION ESTIMATES  done by different construction companies in TURIN and in other cities, ranging from € 75.000 to € 150.000 AT MOST, including everything, to put the house as new, completely redesigning the roof attic, all the systems electrical, plumbing, heating with centralized boiler, external façade, cellars, outbuilding, including costs of occupation of public land for scaffolding and for the crane. All estimates can be redone from scratch. Keys in hand.

The primeval origin of the building is medieval, probably one of the first (if not the first ever) of the village, then reformed in the eighteenth century up to the present configuration with original stucco, visible from the photos below.
It is the building-symbol of the village itself, already part of a monastic complex, then fractionated over time.
Located on a historical very famous urban and tourist-path walkway, where tourists can stop, appreciate and comment on the tranquility of the site.

It was in the distant past a Marian monastery, so dedicated to Mary, whose symbol appears in the bottom-relief in the wooden gates and inside (fireplaces ...). There is depiction of the Virgin in the sixteenth century fresco above the ancient entrance.

Before it was expropriated by Napoleon Bonaparte for his war purposes it was used by cloistered nuns.

The former Monastery-Convent, shows eighteenth-century vaults with stucco, Living Saloon or Representative Saloon with ancient coffered ceiling with original cotto floor 20x20 (which just deal to bring back its original splendor), fireplaces in every room, jambs, doors, all original in excellent condition and great value in every sense.

The front door is the original, in ancient wood, solid wood, with decorations in high relief with Marian symbols ( "M"), also evoked inside, in other church buildings of neighboring villages situated along the short and scenic route which leads to the Ligurian coast, as well as all the interior doors and related strains.

The fresco of the Virgin under the old terrace, amplifies the evocation. Original everything.

Excellent facility to be processed into B&B charming in a Zone of Tenute di Caccia and Castles of the italian Royal family.
